Terms of service

These terms govern your use of JMP Dashboard(the “portal”) operated by Jordan Wells. By signing in or using the portal, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

The portal provides website performance dashboards, content management, billing tools, and related features for websites built and managed by JMP. Features available to you depend on your role (agency administrator, client user, or invited team member) and your organization's subscription.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• You may not share accounts, attempt unauthorized access, or use the portal in violation of applicable law.
• Agency administrators are responsible for connecting third-party integrations (such as Google) only with accounts they are authorized to use.

If you are a client user, analytics and content in the portal relate to your organization's website. JMP processes that data under our agreement with your organization. Contact your JMP representative or support@jmptech.dev for data requests.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the portal or its APIs
• Upload malicious code or interfere with other users
• Use the portal to send spam or unlawful content

The portal and reports (including third-party data from Google) are provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free analytics. Third-party services (Google, payment processors, etc.) are subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jordan Wells is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal. Our total liability for any claim related to the portal is limited to the fees you paid to JMP for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees apply.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment. You may stop using the portal at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.
